ERP Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven ERPNext Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling ERP solutions, specifically ERPNext, and will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to understand the technical aspects of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
    • Present ERPNext solutions to potential clients, demonstrating how it can solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to the client’s needs.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups and deal closure.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their ongoing needs and provide solutions to help them get the most out of ERPNext.
    • Manage client accounts and provide post-sales support to ensure smooth implementation in coordination with the technical team.
  • Market Research and Strategy:
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings in the ERP space, particularly ERPNext.
    • Contribute to the development of sales strategies, identifying target markets, and setting goals to achieve revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
    • Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, specifically in selling ERP solutions (experience with ERPNext preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of ERPNext features, modules, and business benefits.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in selling ERP solutions to industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, or Services.
  • Familiarity with the ERPNext ecosystem and its integrations.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems and SaaS products.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
