One system of record
Sales. Quotation to sales order to delivery to invoice, with stock reserved as you sell.
Purchase. Material request to purchase order to receipt to supplier invoice.
Inventory. Stock by warehouse, batch and serial number, moved only by real transactions.
Finance. Every transaction posts to the ledger, so month-end is not a re-keying exercise.
Manufacturing. BOMs, work orders and job cards tied to material availability.
HR and Payroll. Attendance, leave and payroll on the same employee record.
CRM. Leads and opportunities flow straight into quotations.
Projects. Timesheets, costs and billing tracked per project.
Open source. Customizations ship as separate Frappe apps, so the core stays upgradeable.
Custom Odoo modules, integrations, and rescue support for projects that have stalled.

We interview process owners in each department and classify every requirement as standard, configuration or custom development.
Company structure, chart of accounts, items, warehouses, roles and workflows are set up and walked through with your process owners.
Masters, open transactions and opening balances are imported from your current system and reconciled against it.
Each department is trained on its own workflows and tests real scenarios. Issues are logged and closed before go-live.
Cut-over, day-one handover and priority attention while your teams start working live. Then optional AMC.
Being a partner on both platforms means our recommendation follows your requirements, and we can migrate between them in either direction.
