Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy and Planning:
    • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to shape marketing strategies.
    • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Create and manage high-quality marketing content including blogs, articles, social media posts, emails, brochures, and promotional materials.
    • Collaborate with designers and other content creators to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
    • Manage and update the company website and ensure SEO optimization for better online visibility.
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media:
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and email marketing.
    • Monitor and manage social media profiles, engage with the audience, and grow the company’s online presence.
    • Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Lead Generation and Campaign Management:
    • Develop lead generation strategies through inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
    • Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including setting goals, budgets, timelines, and measuring results.
    • Work with CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Event Planning and Brand Promotion:
    • Organize and coordinate events such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches to promote the company’s offerings.
    • Develop partnerships and collaborations with industry influencers, partners, and organizations to expand the company’s reach.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze marketing data, preparing reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
    • Use insights from analytics to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media management tools).
  • Experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and visual content.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and how to implement them effectively.
  • Previous experience in organizing events, webinars, or trade shows.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
