We configure the system (COA, Warehouses, Workflows) while your team cleans master data using our standardized Excel templates.

    Common Questions

    What if we need customization?

    The Success Pack focuses on configuration rather than heavy customization to ensure speed. We include adding Custom Fields, up to 2 Custom Print Formats, and minor script adjustments. Heavy customizations (changing core logic) are out of scope for Phase 1 but can be taken up later.

    Who provides the server?

    You do. We recommend Frappe Cloud ($25–$50/mo) for the best experience. We can also deploy on your AWS or DigitalOcean account.

    Can we add more users later?

    Yes! ERPNext is open source. You can add unlimited users. Our scope covers training for up to 25 users, but the system supports hundreds.

    Do you migrate historical data?

    No. To keep the timeline to 12 weeks, we migrate Master Data (Customers, Items, BOMs) and Opening Balances only. Historical transaction history is typically kept in the legacy system for reference.

    Is training onsite or remote?

    All consulting, configuration, and training in the Success Pack is delivered remotely via Google Meet/Zoom to keep costs efficient. Onsite visits can be arranged at an additional cost if required.

    What happens after the 12 weeks?

    We provide 2 weeks of ‘Hypercare’ support immediately after Go-Live to ensure stability. After that, you can sign up for our AMC & Support plans for ongoing assistance.
