The pack is deliberately limited, so your business goes live on standard ERPNext first and plans custom work once users understand the system.

Starter Pack questions
Is the Starter Pack a full ERP implementation?
No. It is fixed-scope onboarding for standard ERPNext and Frappe HR. It helps you start correctly without heavy customization in phase one.
Which businesses is it best suited for?
Trading, distribution, service and manufacturing businesses with fewer than 50 users that can adopt standard ERPNext flows and provide clean data.
Does it include custom development?
No. Custom apps, scripts, integrations, custom workflows and custom print formats are excluded. They can be estimated separately after the starter launch.
Is Frappe Cloud included in the price?
The pack includes installing ERPNext on Frappe Cloud, but the Frappe Cloud subscription is billed separately. 18% GST is also extra.
Can we add manufacturing later?
Yes. If you start with Core ERPNext, manufacturing can be planned as the next phase, or you can choose the Core and Manufacturing pack upfront.
What if we need more hours than the pack includes?
Additional hours are charged separately, and only after you approve them.
What support do we get after go-live?
The pack includes a day-one handover. Support after that needs an AMC pack: ticket packs start at ₹1,50,000 and hour packs at ₹1,80,000.
