ERPNext Starter Pack pricing

Prices are based on the India Starter Pack scope. GST is extra, Frappe Cloud subscription is billed separately, and additional approved hours are charged separately.

  • Core ERPNext: ₹80,000, 40 implementation hours, 30 days validity. Scope includes Accounting, Selling, Buying, and Inventory for trading, distribution, and service businesses.
  • Core + Manufacturing: ₹1,40,000, 70 implementation hours, 60 days validity. Scope includes Core ERPNext plus standard BOM, work order, job card, and production stock flows.
  • Core + Manufacturing + HRMS/Payroll: ₹2,00,000, 100 implementation hours, 90 days validity. Scope includes finance, stock, production, Frappe HR, and India payroll readiness.
  • HRMS/Payroll Only: ₹60,000, 30 implementation hours, 30 days validity. Scope includes employee masters, leave, attendance, expense, payroll cycle setup, and standard approval workflows.

  • Standard ERPNext configuration: configure selected modules using upgrade-safe ERPNext and Frappe HR features.
  • Training and go-live handover: train key users on daily transactions, reports, responsibilities, and next-phase backlog.

  • Is ERPNext Starter Pack a full ERP implementation? No. It is a fixed-scope starter onboarding package for standard ERPNext and/or Frappe HR.
