Our ERPNext implementation methodology
Five phases. Each ends with a deliverable and your sign-off before the next one starts.
Discovery and fit-gap blueprint
We interview process owners in each department and document how orders, production, stock and money move today. Each requirement is classified as standard, configuration or custom development.
Configuration and prototyping
Company structure, chart of accounts, naming series, items, warehouses, roles, permissions and workflows are configured. Process owners walk through their own scenarios in a working prototype.
Data migration
Customers, suppliers, items, accounts, open transactions and opening balances are imported from your current system and reconciled against it before cut-over.
Training and user acceptance testing
Each department is trained on its own workflows and tests real scenarios. Issues are logged and closed before go-live is approved.
Go-live and hypercare
Cut-over, day-one handover and a hypercare period with priority attention to post-go-live issues. Then you choose whether to continue with an Annual Maintenance Contract.

What is an ERPNext implementation?
It is the project of setting up ERPNext to run your business: mapping your processes, configuring modules, migrating data, training users and going live. A good implementation also decides what stays standard and what needs custom development, so the system remains upgradeable.
How long does an ERPNext implementation take?
Starter Packs are scoped for 30, 60 or 90 days depending on modules. Projects with multiple plants, companies or integrations get a dated plan after the fit-gap blueprint.
How much does an ERPNext implementation cost?
Fixed-scope Starter Packs start at ₹80,000 plus GST, and the Success Pack is ₹8,50,000 including 200 hours of custom development. Complex projects are quoted after discovery. Hosting on Frappe Cloud is billed separately.
Do we need customization, or will standard ERPNext work?
Many businesses run mostly on standard ERPNext with configuration. The fit-gap blueprint shows exactly which requirements need custom work, so you only pay for development that has a clear reason.
Can you migrate our data from Tally, QuickBooks or Odoo?
Yes. We migrate masters, open transactions and opening balances and reconcile them against your old system. Historical transactions and data cleaning are scoped separately because they depend on data quality.
What is hypercare?
Hypercare is the period right after go-live when the implementation team gives priority attention to issues as users start working live. After hypercare, ongoing support moves to an AMC hour or ticket pack.
Will we be able to upgrade ERPNext later?
Yes, if customizations are built outside the core. We deliver every customization as a separate custom app, so upgrades are tested against your apps rather than requiring changes to be rewritten.
Is ERPNext right for a manufacturing business?
ERPNext covers BOMs, work orders, job cards, subcontracting, quality inspection and batch and serial tracking. Most of our case studies are manufacturers, from multi-plant bag production to high-volume serialized plate manufacturing.
