What ERPNext services does Midocean provide?
Consulting, implementation, customization, migration from Odoo, QuickBooks, Tally or spreadsheets, hosting and DevOps, AMC support, and dedicated developers or consultants for your own roadmap.
How much does an ERPNext implementation cost?
Fixed-scope Starter Packs start at ₹80,000 plus GST for core modules, or ₹60,000 for HR and payroll only. The Success Pack is ₹8,50,000 including 200 hours of custom development. Complex projects are quoted after discovery, and Frappe Cloud hosting is billed separately.
Is there a license fee for ERPNext?
No. ERPNext is open source under GPLv3, so there is no per-user license. Your costs are implementation, hosting and support.
Should we choose the Starter Pack or the Success Pack?
Choose the Starter Pack if you have fewer than 50 users and can work with standard ERPNext workflows. Choose the Success Pack if you need custom workflows, reports, print formats or integrations from the start, because it includes 200 development hours.
What does support cost after go-live?
AMC is prepaid: ₹1,50,000 for 100 tickets or ₹1,80,000 for 100 hours, with larger packs at lower rates. Requests are raised in our helpdesk, Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Development is estimated separately.
Do you offer a response-time SLA?
Not as standard. Resolution time depends on the issue, access and any third parties involved. A separate SLA applies only when it is expressly agreed in writing.
Can you take over an ERPNext system another partner built?
Yes. We start by reviewing the version, hosting, customizations and support pattern, then recommend AMC, customization work or a cleanup plan.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. Our primary office is in London, engineering is in Ahmedabad and regional client support is in Sharjah. AMC plans can be quoted in USD, GBP and AED.
